Wedding Ceremony Terms & Conditions

This is your day and my role is to help make it as unique and special as you are. Below is an overview of what you can expect in the lead-up to the ceremony.

 

My fee includes :

1. All meetings prior to the ceremony – in person, via email, telephone.

2. An on-site rehearsal.

3. The preparation and writing of your ceremony

4. A professional PA system (if the venue does not have one) to ensure your guests will hear your ceremony

5. Lodgment of all required legal paperwork 

6. The conducting of the marriage ceremony

 

Fees: I will discuss this with you at our first meeting. The complexity of your requirements will need to be considered.

 

As a guide:  NSW Births, Deaths and Marriages Registry charges are from $ for a basic "registry style" wedding. 

 

My base fees are:

 

Registry style wedding at a private location like your home - $750

This is a quiet legal ceremony with just 2 witnesses, and perhaps a couple of close relatives.

You may still personalise your service and vows.

I will do all the paper work and provide you with a Ceremonial Wedding Certificate.

 

Mini-weddings at a private location - $750

When you prefer to hold a small intimate ceremony at a non-commercial venue before proceeding to your reception/celebration party.

You may have a handful of guests.

 

Surprise weddings - $1000

A basic ceremony as part of a party where you gather friends and relatives for another purpose and during the function surprise them with your wedding ceremony.

 

Mid-week weddings (Monday to Thursday) - $1000

These are becoming more popular to avoid the busy weekend time and problems  with venue availability.

 

Peak weekend wedding (Friday – Sunday) - $1200
